The chair came with instructions all the tools the parts for the chair was there the chair was not damaged came in excellent condition I decided to go on YouTube to try to put the chair together I did it by myself it was easy one person once I saw on YouTube how to put together and I did it as they did it it was no problem it was awesome the chair is beautiful it's a little bit short but I'm going to think I'm going to try to get some kind of extension to make the chair higher but the chair is awesome it is as it was described it is soft it is comfortable the vibrating deals for the my back go to my middle of my back which is where I need the vibration and it does the lower back as well but it is a comfortable chair I can't lean back in it I can put my feet up there is a little bit of ankle to the deal when I put my feet up but that's not a problem in my book I've had chairs where the leg extensions did not go all the way out or the still kind of weakened over time but this chair is comfortable to sit in the base is pretty solid I'm thinking about putting or getting some type of Wheels to put underneath the base of the chair so I can move around but I like it it's it's a very good chair it's it's very good for the price it is very good I like it I would recommend it

It’s comfortable. But massage that’s a different story. It sounds like a sub woofer from a car that has a lose license plate. I mean it’s good to use and everything but just saying it’s kinda on the loud side and it that’s what it feels to me.

VERY comfortable.Do not buy if you will actually sit in this chair to game for HOURS or do anything that requires attention . This is a chair that is only to RELAX . Massage works perfectly , if you’re watching a movie this is a perfect chair . Also I wish it came with wheels . Makes it hard to move around .

Ordered two chairs. Great quality. It is a little hard to put together alone. Please get someone to help assemble it. Had to do yoga to do it by myself. I have back problems and the massagers get just the right spots for me and it is the prefect height.

So this chair looks awesome, has many color options, has reclining options, and some extra bells and whistles. Firstly, the setup isn't bad at all as many described as a grueling process. A little finesse with 2-4 screws and a screwdriver and its straight-forward. The cupholder will almost never be used by most people, and its a shallow cup holder which deems it basically useless. Just writing this review, my coffee mug fell out of it and onto the floor and spilled coffee everywhere. Next, the reclining and comfort is decent, it's convenient to have when switching postures for work-to-gaming. The butt-pad is terrible. I'm 230 lbs and i've used the chair maybe 15 hours and I can feel the cheap wood under my tush. I laid a soft, thick blanket over it, and can still feel the wood. Poor. The "massager" is only a vibrator, so don't get your hopes up, after 30 minutes your body will feel like its vibrating for the next 6t hours, I didn't care for it.But hey! It looks cool!

Just gonna go over the pros and cons:Cons: the seat is so long that I can’t have my back on the back rest and let my lower legs fall without it being uncomfortable. The footrest folds maybe 3” past where any other chair would. I’m 5’10”.The shape of the back rest is such that it needs a pillow to be not quite comfortable, but less uncomfortable. The pillow that comes with it sits so low that it hurts after any real amount of time. Take it out and it just hurts a different part of my back.Sits so much higher than any chair that I own aside from my barstools. Several inches higher and just weird and uncomfortable.Pros:The massage function included works well for your lower back, but to enjoy it, you must sit in such a way that your upper back and neck will hurtMy chiropractor probably appreciates that I need to go in more often in the month that I’ve had and used it

I bought this for my son since he's a huge gamer and he's a big dude 6 ft 2 at 15 years old. It has a recliner cup holder a magazine holder a head and neck pillow also it comes with a massage chair control the one I bought didn't have the option to raise up or sit down it also doesn't come with Rolling Wheels if that's what you're wondering but it was an easy fix going to Home Depot picking up Caster wheels and then putting them on the bottom of the chair. It came with everything you need to assemble it including the tools it was pretty easy to set up you might need two people though to assemble the back since it was kind of tricky doing it on my own but it can be done set up time took about 30 minutes

The media could not be loaded. Over the last several months, I’ve really enjoyed sitting on this chair. It feels comfortable while still allowing for strategic gaming positioning as needed.I’ve spent time evaluating the features of the electronic module. The buttons work well, the features are great, and I find it very comforting after a long day at work. There are two handles that allow you to either recline the foot rest, or recline your back. I often find myself reclined back in this chair.Aesthetically, the chair is clean and quite cute with its pink and white color scheme. I utilize the cup holder almost every time I sit in the chair. The cupholder is large and perfectly sized for the chair.Another key feature is the headrest. I’m fairly tall at 6’ 3” headrest still has plenty of additional space. The last key feature about this chair is it swivels which is super helpful as I navigate through my monitors and gaming systems.Overall, the chair is made of high-quality materials, offers many functional much functionality and features and appears will last a long time. I highly recommend this chair.
