I got this belt because I was having problems with pain in my legs and back. I was a bit sceptical at first, but within a hour of having it on the pain in my back had gone. With repeated use I don’t have any problems with pain in my legs or back. The heat pads do get very hot at times and can be uncomfortable, but the heat is there to help.I have noticed that the Velcro if it’s not on right can be sharp and very uncomfortable.When buying make sure you go for the next size, because the size table is way out.Overall very good, so good two of my colleagues are now wearing it and happy and pain free.

In short: not hot enough for my needs, so am returning. But 4 stars because it's got potential for other people. However, if you have alot belly fat this is not going to be comfortable to sit while wearing. I am a size 10, bought XL and I was able to pull nice and tight and snug. Sitting was fine, but I would not have been able to use this before I lost 32lbs.

Works great helps with support and pain relief, got 2 in the end keep one in my bag for work, was able to carry a 25kg bag of plaster up 3 flights of stairs, self heating helps relax the muscles.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Ensure you select a size., they come up on the small side. This was a heated strap but there are no instructions with the item.

This belt has been perfect for me so easy to wear. And does brilliantly due to the velcro fastening. Don't know how it works but this heats up the back to help ease back pain. And actually gets quite hot I would recommend wearing over a thin t-shirt.

I'm amazed at this belt. The heat is noticeable in less than a minute and after 10 minutes I'm looking for a control to turn the heating down a bit, but it isn't battery powered! There's some physics, chemistry, biology or all three going on here that I've never learned, or perhaps it's just magic. It seems to be easing the pulled muscles in my lower back by increasing blood circulation and providing extra support, and should I hope, help them heal and strengthen more quickly. I was skeptical when I ordered it, but it actually works and works well, with no batteries to run out or need charging. Easy to fit and you can dial in as much support as you want by stretching the elastic straps around your waist which secure with velcro. I was even thinking about knocking a star off as I think it feels a bit too hot, but that would be mean, as it works like magic. I found that wearing it over a thin t-shirt instead of next to the skin will make it feel a little less hot, so that is a good way of regulating the heat. I shall really enjoy the heat on winter dog walks. If you need to ease your lower back, just buy it, it costs less than a couple of coffees in a cafe.

Heating conks out very quickly and the Velcro lasts about a month BUT it is AMAZING to support wonky hips/lower back and relaxes spasms that can otherwise lead to agonising tissue damage. I'm about to buy three more as I wear them every day - even in the shower!
