I have progressive Multiple sclerosis and my walking speed is now measured in hours per mile rather than vice versa and the way I walk is not the most elegant so it causes quite a lot of aches and pains around my hips, pelvis and lower back. This belt makes walking pain free most of the time and makes me feel much more secure and stable. I do do stability exercises but am only able to do them at quite a low level so this gives the the extra help to keep me going for a walk every day.

Early days yet, only received it yesterday, but already feels less pain in the sacroiliac region. Time will tell. Size wise I am a 38" waist and the Large is a good fit. The belt is very well made and comfortable to wear.

Ive tried various chiropractors for my sacroliac joint problem and to be honest i wasnt expecting any positive results but this belt has worked wonders,ive had the problem for 3 years and love jogging and now for the first time in a while i find myself gently getting back into it the trapped nerve in my buttock went instantly,ive been wearing the belt on my 12 hour shifts offshore also.In my opinion dont waste money with physio the belts fine and its comfy to wear also ..

I am a 38inch waist 41 at hips so got large which fits great I have a slipped disc and been in pain particularly on certain angles this belt is great it's narrow enough to not restricted stomach and thin enough to wear under clothes . It also has two straps starting at the back which you can adjust as tight as you require giving extra support to the spine area but does not squash stomach I am very happy with this product

Excellent product bought to supplement a Serola belt that has seen better days. This belt is very comfortable to wear next to the skin and certainly has helped my SI Joint Dysfunction and got me walking again in comfort. I recommend this belt and the cost makes it an extremely attractive purchase.

This is the second sacroiliac belt I have had. Old one worn out but this seems a good replacement. I have a problem with my lower back,- (probably arthritis) It causes me a lot of pain particularly when standing for a prolonged time. When putting on this belt, the pain simply melts away. Just as good as my old one. Really grateful for the relief! P.G.

Excellent product for supporting my back . However I have to use it more or less constantly at the moment and the stitching on one of the side strips is coming undone. Maybe your stitchers need to double up on those vulnerable ends.

Made no difference at all to my husband's back pain; a waste of money. It may be useful in very specific circumstances, but due not help him at all.
