Used it to make yogurt, and it made a very creamy yogurt that tasted great, almost like Greek yogurt.

I combined this with the same brand coagulans to make yogurt. Just took one capsule and I have infinite, delicious, amazing, incredible, life changing yogurt. The first batch failed as they almost always do, but I separated the whole first batch into silicone molds and have made at least 6 batches from it so far. When I’m done with the original first batch, I will continue reserving two tablespoons from current batches. I’m telling you, it’s absolutely incredible.

I deducted a star for the lack of identification of the specific l gasseri strain. I was hoping to source a moderately priced l gasseri BNR17, but I haven’t a clue if this contains that. My inquiry was not answered… at least not yet. There are several different strains of l gasseri and it would be good to know which one you are buying. Not all share the same benefits.I used it to make cultured dairy from half & half. It was activated and produced a good consistency typical of other lactobacillus starters I have used. The cultured dairy tastes like sour cream only very bitter. I used the 36 hour protocol. A shorter incubation period might reduce the bitterness. I have been eating the end product for nearly a week with no GI problems.I do not like the idea of taking a random bacillus strain….even one that is regarded as safe. They possess different properties and have varied potency. I like to be able to gauge how one will compete with other strains I am trying to populate in my gut. If the seller provides me with more details I will update.

I am using them to make yogurt which is a culmination of use which makes them an effective product! I think it is strengthening my inner core with usage!

Bought these and a family member stole them from me after we discussed the claims they could help gut and weight loss. She loves them and said she stays full longer. Benefits of a weight loss drug without dangerous side effects?? Sounds like a win!

Same result after recounting.That makes me skeptical that the CFU claims are also as accurate.I had to demote 2 stars, because I think accuracy is paramount in medicines, vitamins, and supplements.

When I dowse this Lactobacillus Gasseri my gut responded with a big Yes. While 4 other enzymes I tested responded as negative or mildly positive.
