Fight Right: How Successful Couples Turn Conflict Into Connection

I don’t know if this book has healing powers but as soon as I started reading it, the conflicts subsided and they took second place. Learning about the dynamics of “couple fighting” is extremely valuable insight and may have an immediate impact on your relationship. We have gone from endless arguments and volatility to enjoying each other, and this has given us a chance to explore the deeper issues, bringing about true healing. I would suggest to take your time, to reread, to write a journal, or even book a session.

I have read a lot of marriage books, but this is my favorite. I find the topics to be thoughtful and well-organized, with great questions to prompt discussion with your spouse. I love the use of statistical data to support the authors’ conclusions and the examples of real life application are helpful.

Great book! The writing is a little corny at times but the facts are there and the methods shared are do able.

This will be a book I come back to over and over again. Even with one read through, I've already been able to implement some of the strategies and my spouse and I are definitely fighting better. I really appreciate the authors' candor and their insights are invaluable.
