We used this air mattress for the first time last night. I have had air beds in the past that were only about six to eight inches high. They seemed to puncture easily and when sleeping on them you could wake up the next morning practically on the floor. It was quite a procedure to inflate them, and deflating them was very frustrating trying to get all the air out so they would fold up neatly. This air bed is quite different. It is so easy to inflate. I had tested it out a few days ago after it arrived, inflating and deflating it. Last night my 16-year-old grandson slept on it. It seemed to be the same fullness this morning as when it was inflated last night. He said it was comfortable, like a regular bed. I bought the larger height bed, and it is about the same height as a regular bed, which makes it so much easier to get in and out of, especially if you're over the age of 16. It is extremely easy and fast to inflate and deflate. The deflation gets every last bit of air out, so it folds up very compactly and fits easily into the carry bag. The only unkown at this point is the durability. I gave it five stars for that just based on my overall satisfaction with it. There is a patch that is provided. It does seem to be pretty durable material just from my handling of it. I would recommend inflating it and letting it air out for at least 24 hours prior to use to get rid of the plastic-like odor, which is not overpowering even right out of the package. It really does not retain the odor for long, and my grandson never mentioned anything about an odor. I would definitely recommend this air bed.

Nice and sturdy. Love the easy inflation and just unplug to deflate. Easy to roll back up and put in storage bag that came with it.

After using the air mattress for 4 months, the mattress developed 2 small holes on the top and air leaked. I called the customer service. They were very supportive and ordered a replacement immediately. The replacement arrived in 2 days so the broken of the 1st did not affect me too much. They also make a follow up call to make sure everything good. I have to kudo their excellent service.Regarding the product itself, I would say it was OK before it was broken. It held air well. I inflated it about once a week. It is relatively comfortable to sleep on it. However, over the time, the mattress sides started to bow out, making it look like a drum. Not sure if it makes too much stress and the material on the top surface is eventually broken. Wish the material were more durable. The replacement is so far so good. I will see how long it will last.

SO easy to use and very durable. We take this with us when we travel. It's very thick, but inflates and deflates in SECONDS! We've had no trouble with leakage. It's a great size and value for the money. As far as comfort, it's an air mattress- not the greatest thing, but it's what you would expect. It does have a very strong smell the first few times of use.

I've owned several air mattresses in my life. This mattress is by far the most comfortable one that I've EVER slept on!!! I got the twin size. The ease to inflate/deflate is also by far the easiest! I've had foot pumps, electrical pumps and built-in pumps the required pushing and twisting the inflate/deflate buttons in just the right way to get it to work. On this mattress, it's a simple turn to inflate & deflate. It does it very quickly too! Using the built-in pump to deflate gets all the air out, so that packing is made easier. You don't have to keep mashing and squeezing to get it to go back in the bag. This mattress is also quieter when you are moving on it, than most of the other ones that I've owned.After about 5 weeks it started to leak. I thought oh well, here we go again. That was short lived. I got ready to go online in search of another mattress. However, after reading about customer service, reluctantly I decided to give it a try. I've tried customer service on one of my other mattress that claimed to have a lifetime warranty for repairs or replacement. I've called their customer service multiple times, left voice messages and to this day I have not heard a word from them. So, I wasn't very enthusiastic about calling customer service. However, I did call. I got an answering service machine. I left a message, thinking I wouldn't hear from them either. I started my search for another mattress. In less than 15 minutes I GOT A CALL BACK!! I was shocked!! I couldn't believe it!! The representative named Joy, was human, knowledgeable and ready to assist me. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement mattress. I chose a replacement. This happened on a Wednesday, by Saturday my new mattress arrived!!! Their customer service is 100/100 in my book!! I've never encountered customer service with anything like that in my 66 years of life!! So far so good with my new mattress. Joy told me that if I have any other problems to give them a call back. I'm not sure for how long though.However, when purchasing a product from a company like this, it removes all the doubt and hesitation about the purchase, making the purchase a no brainer!! Thanks Joy for your assistance. I hope this mattress with continue to function well, but I can rest easy knowing that customer service in there for me. I will keep you posted on how well my new mattress works.
