This toothpaste was recommended by our dentist as it is for reducing plaque for healthier gums. I’ve been getting good checkups, and no cavities, so I’m pleased with the results. I use it with an electric toothbrush, and my mouth feels very clean when I’m finished brushing. That and flossing are keeping my mouth healthy.

The size was smaller than average tubes of toothpaste. It was fresh and tasted minty fresh. There was not a whitening effect. The places where my gums hurt were near where a night guard rubbed on it and near a crown (cap). After using these tubes of toothpaste, my gums near the night guard rubbing did not hurt at all, and my gums near the crown did not hurt as bad. It was still sensitive but not as much.I do not like soft toothpaste like this one. I brush my teeth for over 2 minutes and by about 1 minute, the toothpaste has broken down into liquid form which drools out from my mouth. So this toothpaste is not very functional if you want to brush your teeth for 2 minutes.

This is a great deal to buy the 3 pack. I have low immunity and had some mouth issues. The PA in my doctor’s office suggested I try it. It made all the difference in the world to have a healthy mouth
