The best video game controller ever made...seriously
I've been gaming for over 40 years and have used every controller type imaginable. I say this with all honesty...the Sony DualSense is the greatest video game controller ever conceived. Its feel, performance, and style are virtually unmatched. It takes the traditional PlayStation control design and ramps it up in every quantifiable measure. The buttons feel terrific, the analog sticks feel well-tuned, and the ergonomics are a comfortable fit. The battery life is ideal for most sessions, too, as I have played in upwards of six straight hours without encountering a need for recharging. Beyond all of that, the controller just feels robust and solid, not cheap and flimsy like many others. Overall, the DualSense represents exactly the quantum leap forward in gaming technology that discriminating gamers should come to expect. Zero drawbacks at all. Highest recommendation!

Ps5 wireless controller
Responsive, Comfortable, and Great Battery LifeThis wireless PS5 controller works perfectly. The response time is fast and smooth, and the buttons feel very solid and high quality. It’s super comfortable to hold, even during long gaming sessions. The battery lasts a good while, and it connects quickly without any issues. Overall, it’s a great replacement or extra controller — definitely worth it if you’re a regular gamer. Love the blue color

Great controller
PS5 DualSense Edge Controller Review: Premium Control with Lasting ValueSony’s DualSense Edge controller for the PS5 is a high-end evolution of the standard DualSense, and after hands-on time with it, it's clear this is a serious piece of hardware made for gamers who want customization, durability, and long-term value. The build quality is top-notch, with a satisfyingly weighty feel and rubberized grips that improve comfort during long sessions. The standout features include remappable back buttons, adjustable trigger sensitivity, and multiple customizable profiles—perfect for switching between competitive shooters and cinematic single-player titles. But what really justifies the premium price (roughly double the cost of a regular DualSense) is the modular stick design. Instead of replacing the whole controller due to the all-too-common issue of stick drift, you can just swap out the stick modules—an option that can save significant money and frustration in the long run. That alone offsets the higher upfront cost, especially for gamers who put in heavy hours.Bottom line: the DualSense Edge isn’t cheap, but it earns its price tag with thoughtful features, superior build quality, and the future-proof ability to repair rather than replace. For serious players or anyone tired of controller turnover due to drift, this is an investment worth making.

Back in time with the future
Great controller for ps5. Came in on time, no issues with using in. Recommend to charger before use. My controller came in with just enough battery life to set up. Another wise been using ever since. Love this ps5 controller reminds of ps1 cause of color. Real blast to the past.

Great deal.
I had to get this due to my old controller having a drifting issue, just like all of the other PS4, PS5 controllers have, which I can't believe has been going on for 10 years and Sony is ignoring it. I do think these are overpriced at the regular price tag, though. I'd say wait for the Prime Day or black friday.

Pricey, but lots of nice-to-haves
It's pricey, but it has four extra buttons and easily replaceable thumbstick modules. There's a few other nice things, like extended thumbstick replacements, paddles for the rear buttons, and a carrying case.Aside from that, it isn't much different from a regular DS5 controller, which isn't a detriment since the normal DS5 is already a very nice controller.

Looks Premium, but does it perform like a Premium controller?
Short Answer: Mostly, yes.The Dual Sense Edge is (sort of) an answer to Xbox's Elite Controller. It's about 12% bigger than the standard PS5 Dualsense controller. The FN buttons act as a shortcut to several different profiles that you can customize, there's 4 profile slots, but the default profile cannot changed or removed, so technically 3. You can Adjust the Stick sensitivity/Curve to your liking, or just make it flat out digital(recommend this function a lot, honestly) You can also add two extra shortcut paddles to back of the controller for maximum control and you can remap any button on the controller to your desired preference. You can also adjust game chat and game volume with the FN buttons via the D-Pad. This controller feels perfect in the hands and the swap out sticks is a nice touch, but I can't really say much about swapping them, as I haven't really needed to.Face buttons:They're solid, with the exception of the D-Pad. The D-Pad has this "creaky" feel to it when you press it. It's disappointing that it got like that in less than a month of use and the battery life is not bad. You get about 3 hours of play time with the controller before you need to plug it in. Triggers and the Trigger Stops work well, and are useful for games that don't really need the extra trigger movement (some rpg games, 2D indie games, etc.).Conclusion: I would recommend it, but it's steep price ($200 as of this review) will be a deal breaker for most people.
