If you’re worried about the taste comments don’t. Anyone should be able to tolerate this it’s better then and cough syrup you’ll take just tastes like orange juice. Very little sulfur taste. We’ll see if it does any good but don’t be scared away

I purchased this and it was expensive. However- cannot get passed the smell. It smells like A@& and vomit.

I nebulize glutathione to help combat oxidative stress and to help detox and recover faster as needed. Instead of orally administering glutathione, which is only sparingly absorbed due to rapid breakdown by stomach enzymes, I opted for nebulizing dissolved pure reduced glutathione powder in the past. However, this liposomal form has proven to be much more convenient. Nebulizing and inhaling glutathione takes over 30 minutes, but with the liposomal form, all I need to do is take 1 tsp with water. This form dramatically improves absorption as the glutathione molecules are encapsulated with sunflower lecithin lipid, bypassing proteolytic degradation in the stomach.Although the product instructions don’t mention it, it's advisable to take this on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime to enhance benefits. Effective glutathione is expected to have a naturally sulfuric and pungent taste. However, this liquid, with a hint of pleasant lime taste, is relatively tame when dissolved in water compared to other products and I find it easy to intake.The 4 fl oz bottle provides only 30 servings of 4ml for 500mg glutathione, just under a teaspoon. At around $1.77 per dose, this is a relatively costly supplement, but liquid liposomal products tend to carry higher tags and I very much appreciate the convenience instead of the time-consuming nebulizing of the powerful antioxidant.

Glutathione is the body's master antioxidant but the normal oral form does not make it past the digestive tract at all. This is coated in a lipid layer to help it make it past the digestive tract. That is what liposomal means.
