When I ordered this remote it was because my new 75 inch LG flat screen tv came with a worthless remote i could not function it in the dark. Also, the regular remote didnt have Alexa microphone button! For 2 months I watched little more than amazon prime and youtube because I couldnt see the buttons on the old remote.When this remote came., I installed the batteries and was shocked because theres an arrow like a computer mouse has on the screen! moving the remote moves the mouse. It is touchy and takes skll to press the buttons right but at leasat now im watching all kinds of cool channels!

After my LG CX remote center button/wheel broke after several years, we bought a replacement online. While identical in apparence, the previous replacement was subpar, with unresponsive buttons and poor reception at the TV. After about a year, it's center button also broke. So, we replaced with this one I am reviewing, and what a difference! Buttons are responsive, they always register, even when not pointing at the TV, and the magic mouse is flawless. Basically feels exactly like the OEM remote. I know there are many identical looking LG remotes, but performance varies.

Works great as a substitute for the actual LG remote. We are on our third now, as our Doberman puppy has kept thinking this was his chew toy. The price difference between this and the name brand was good to have to purchase another remote for our tv after the dog chewed up the previous two.It works just fine!

This remote was extremely easy to set up. Upon initial pairing, the cursor wasn’t moving on the screen, but after disconnecting and reconnecting the remote this was resolved and has not returned. All buttons function well, and I can’t tell that this isn’t the remote that came with the TV. solid purchase!

Second purchase of the remote. Works great and pairs quickly its normal size; good quality. Minor drops/falls over time will cause the back to not stay connected and the middle ball to come out. It’s lightweight. So this time I paired with a silicone sleeve to last longer. No complaints very similar to original remote that came with the tv. Buttons are raised enough for easy use. Great volume control and battery life. Quick start guide does say smart wand reduces battery life as expected.

Great item ,only took about 5 seconds to program to tv ,voice control on remote works great ,a time saver ,you don't have to stream channels just ask for program you want.

I bought the 1st one to replace our older one. I bought the 2nd one because I could not remove the first one from my husband's hand when he fell asleep. With work very well 🤗

These are great remotes. My family misplaces the remote all the time. It is nice the have reliable backups.
