Works like it says. Not strong but effective

The Total Focus is an absolute godsend. The Total Calm is a nightmare. I keep buying for the Total Focus and toss the Total Calm.

I bought these based on all the great reviews but unfortunately they don’t agree with me. I’ve taken them for 3 days now and get so nauseas within an hour of taking them that I’ve actually thrown up a couple times. I’ve only taken 1 instead of the 2 pill full dose, eat something light before, still want to puke. They don’t give me any energy or focus or anything positive at all…just sick to my stomach. I wish I could get a refund.

Branding more than anything not a huge difference after taking.

I was very surprised at how well these worked. I have been struggling for years going to sleep, staying asleep, and then getting going in the morning. My doc has prescribed many meds over the years but none ever worked. With these however, I am sleeping better than ever, and I feel alert/ready to start the day. I did have some stomach upset at the start, but dropping the dosage to one pill for a few weeks helped my body adjust before going back to two as directed. Put these on autoship.
