Berberine is key for so many reasons and this is one of the better brands. I trust Enzymedica in almost all their products. I do use Standard Process too but it's harder to come by, and Enzymedica does a great job particularly with their Digest Spectrum as well as the gluten one. This Berberine seems to work well for me too. I've tried others and choose this one.

I think it’s working. My a1c has dropped slightly. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but otherwise no complaints.

It works differently with different people. Check to see if your body tolerates it before using it daily.

I appreciate that these supplements are natural and vegan. With respect to the benefits, everyone is different. But for me, I have found that when I get off track with my diet, I can get my body back under ketosis faster than I could otherwise. Before, it would take me 3-4 days to get back to a good fat-burning level. With the help of this supplement, for me, it now takes about 1.5 days or about 36hours (overnight to lunch). This may be due to the berberine itself or the claim that it is more bio-available. I don't know exactly, but I know that I like this one and can recommend it.
