I'm impressed by how well this fits my RG35XX H. The buttons, D-pad, and analog sticks all align with the cutouts perfectly. I'm not thrilled about the single color option, but it is complemented well by the black buttons on my device. The smaller buttons on the edges of the device – power, volume up/down, and function key – are enhanced by the case. Without the case, these buttons are a bit depressed and hard to activate. The case provides nice raised surfaces over each button, making them easier to press. I am a little worried about the thin parts of the case that stretch over the sides when installing the case. I wouldn't trust them to hold up long if you're constantly putting the case on and taking it off.

The off-white color way looks very nice too. They slip on without any hassles and stays put. They add minimal bulk to the device. I found that my zippered carrying case I use can just barely fit this in with the silicone case in place, which is fortunate. If you have a very snug fitting carrying case, this one might not be the best one for you, unless you don't care to store it in a carrying case.
