Bass boot really kicks. Sound quality is excellent.

Pros:* Nicely balanced sound, avoids overpowered bass, the usual failing of inexpensive earbuds.* Controls are reliable, and highly customizable.* Much longer than average battery life compared to even the more well-known brands.* Upscale materials used in carrying case.* Removal detection both present and functional!* Unusually long 2 year warranty.* Can be found remotely with Tile.* Broad selection of ear tip sizes including one pair of foamies.* Polished and smooth app.Neutral:* ANC is decent, not exceptional. ABS (Apple, Bose, Sony) still easily beat the ANC here, but this is at least as good an ANC as can be found in Soundcore, Earfun, etc.* Lacks ear seal test, a nice feature, but one not universally common especially back in the cheap seats.* Price to feature set ratio is what one might aspect.* Some limited water resistance, sort of the norm for wireless earbuds.Cons:* Integrated charging cable in case, really stubby. Ends up dangling from most wall chargers, and limits charging versatility of unit. Also, I am not sure what happens if you break the cord - would that make the units unchargeable? I was not bold enough to try pulling the cord out from the case to see if there was a USB port beneath it. Yes, there's a wireless charging option, but many do not have wireless charger and / or do not want to use that tech (low efficiency, longer charging, wasted energy).* Large earbuds with a very extended stem - and that stem is not at all used for control function, i.e. no pinching or swiping on the stem. If you're going to stick a long stem in the design, why not use it as a control surface?* Phone call quality is only so-so. Call was occasionally choppy.Bottom Line: Feels like a more costly set of earbuds in terms of sound quality. Feature set is full and well-executed, though more or less commensurate with price. Fixed cable charging case is not the best concept, and phone calls need to be better optimized.

I love these! I got these as a backup for when my older jlabs died (they haven't yet) but I decided I didn't wanna wait anymore so I've been using these haha. They are great! The sound is amazing, and I love the aware mode as well. It's super helpful for work because then, if someone talks to me unexpectedly, I don't have to say "huh?” before taking my earbud out, I can just hear em right away haha. Truly these are great! Idk how they compare to other expenses earbuds, but they are Jlab so I expect that they hold their own <3

The specs listed on this product are not real and that is what you really need to know.The so called noise cancelling is not ANC. All it does is play static noises in the background. Not only is that extremely irritating, but it's also not what ANC is. Active noise cancelling means that incoming noise is reduced by playing the opposite sound frequency to cancel it out. These earbuds do not do that. You can hear the static it plays in the background. Who would want that?The noise cancelling is so useless that I could hear the hum of my bedroom ceiling fan with the noise cancelling feature on.The sound quality on these is also terrible. For $100 price tag these sound like the free headphones you get when flying. Forget bad quality these are no quality.Everything about these earbuds sucks. None of the advertised specs seem to be true. Absolutely a scam.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

How do they sound? That should be the most important question. They sound good, especially for the price. I mean, the reality is, if you're a hi-fi person and know all the lingo about sound and things, you're not going to be looking at these in the first place. Do you want a good-sounding pair of earbuds that's under a hundred bucks? These are going to work for you. What else is good about them?1. There are a lot of different types of ear tips to choose from. Foam and silicon. 2. Noise cancellation and transparency mode. (They are fine and work, but obviously not industry-leading.)3. Wireless charging4. Conveniently attached USB-A charging cable5. Soft pleather-type case6. Feel comfortable in my ears.7. Free app to EQ exactly the way you want!To me, the EQ abilities in the app are really great and allowed me to dial in the earbuds to sound as good as they could. Everybody's hearing is different, and you might like the few presets already installed in the earbud. I like to tweak them to get the most out of the earbud.These are great earbuds for the money, to be sure. There's no reason or need for me to compare these to AirPods. If you have the money to spend on AirPods, then go for it. If you're looking for a solid performer with a lot of features, at this price point, these are a win.

My left.Earpiece stopped working 2 weeks ago but I missed my window of return.Could I still return it

Love these ear buds. The sound quality is great, the options for ear molds is even better as I struggle to find ear buds that fit my ears well. With the foam options in this package I have been able to successfully wear these better than any other kind I have found so far. The battery life is amazing as well, I use these ear buds twice a week for about an hour each day and I have not had to recharge them in the month I have worn them yet. Highly recommend.
