Possibly because it's for women i found it to be comfy, support where it's needed without restricting movement when bending and it feels breathable helping bending, sitting more comfy so as to wear it for a longer period, the material and the design is is very user friendly.also stays in place, extra pad for extending it is valuable and velcro fabric to protect it is useful and habdy when belt is not used

Back problems are pretty much all over the place as far as causes are concerned. Mine is likely a mixture of posture, weight and a previous operation many years ago (lower disk). So really, saying this worked for me proves one thing and one thing only 'it works for me'. It restricts movement enough that twisting in the night is greatly reduced, meaning I don't wake up with a bad back. It improves posture slightly and supports the back over the day. When I have 'pulled a muscle' (or whatever), it does help the recovery time. So, this has worked for me. Worth a shot.

My work entails being seated in front of my desk for long periods of time - trying to get better at standing and walking but this belt is helping me a lot in keeping the right posture and preventing my back pain also as a relief if a get the stabbing pains, happening less frequent now. I love that can be adjusted and I usually wear it under my shirt and it is very comfortable.

Generally a good product but the Velcro isn't very good quality and has stopped holding the belt in place. Purchased this around three months ago.

Received very quick no hassle what so ever. Opened package and able to use straight away. I am size 36inch waist 15 stone and went for the large. Perfect fit.Good quality and great price. Is it working absolutely. Gives exact support to lower back when standing and sitting. I was able to eat dinner at the table totally pain free. Even walking around was easier with the support.
