Great entry-level portable sauna !For everyone that has either negatively reviewed sauna like this or returned a sauna like this because it wasn’t high enough temp. There’s a difference between radiant heat and infrared heat. Radiant heat is the air temperature. This unit will be about 100° and if you insulate it 110.However when using high temp infrared gun you will get temperatures around 130° in the upper zones if you insulate the unit with a comforter or some other for insulation. If you do not, you will get temperatures of 100 to 110. The lower areas will be 10-20 degrees less again depending on your insulating.Solid objects inside such as a wooden bench or towel will be about 115°. Your skin once sweating will be about 105° to 110°.Am I getting 167 anywhere. No.But the difference between 110 and 130 was impressive! I love it.The little kids camp chair is horrible. Buy a wooden spa bench (see photo) and hang some eucalyptus to make it smell great.Bottom line is I would not waste $1,200 on a full wooden sauna on Amazon based on all reviews I’ve seen. You have to spend min $3,000 to get an entry level real sauna. So this is pretty darn good for now ! I am happy for now. Been several months.

I made a mistake, and ordered this dry heat sauna instead of the wet heat. Boy am I glad I did!!! This sauna heats up in just a few minutes (like three minutes total) and maintains three heart wonderfully. The foot warmer is very nice as well, but it gets pretty hot so I leave it on 1-2 of the six settings. The red light therapy is delightful as well. Wonderful purchase, glad I made this mistakes.

Hands down one of best investments i have. This product is great so far. No issues with the heat or the size. Everything seems pretty sturdy. It does take about 15 minutes or so to full heat however when it does heat up you will be sweating profusely. It’s very easy to clean.I recommend using vinegar with water and some essential oils to clean after it’s assembled to cut the “new” smell.

I am overall happy with the sauna however my footpad came not working. Otherwise it’s been great. Moderately easy to put together with one person.

Worked for 6 weeks still been 2 weeks and still no replacement and I even paid for protection so it was supposed to be no questions asked. Had to send in Videos and pictures before anything was done

Giving it 3 stars only because it wasn't really what I wanted. It's pretty large once it's set up so you definitely want to put it in an area where you don't mind it being seen or that it won't be seen. It does seem to be made well though. It does get incredibly hot. I got concerned with the safety as far as what toxins may be emitted when heated though, the smell is strong when heated. Ultimately I ended up returning and purchasing a real infrared sauna.

LOVE this sauna. I've been using thus sauna daily for months now. It heats up well, love the foot mat, the red lighy, and it is large enough for my husband to enjoy as well (6ft 250lbs). It is also very easy to assemble and move. I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews but I am super happy & highly recommend!

I have purchased several IR personal saunas over the year, and this one is by far the best designed, the most comfortable, and the most effective I have purchased so far. Installation was easy. There is a lot of room inside to comfortably sit without touching the panels. It is quick to warm-up. It holds my desired temp of 145 to 150 perfectly. I start breaking sweat quickly. The red light is nice too. Not sure of the therapeutic value. I like the window and not covering it has not affected the temp control. So far, the best IR I have purchased. But only one week. I will report on durability in a year or if it breaks. But quality is surprisingly great for the price.P.S. it arrived in a box marked steam sauna, which are the cheaper variants. I was torqued and ready to return, but inside was an IR sauna exactly as described.
