I am extremely happy with this pillow! Soft cover - plush - very comfortable - more so than the items I had to rent from a therapy place. I used it for my bed for sleeping and watching tv (used a foldable mirror to see the tv). Now I am using it for a head rest - more comfortable than my pillow!

When the pillow came out of the bag it was VERY flat but by the next day it was filled out. Comfy and supportive to avoid neck/ back pain. Served it's purpose.

I reordered the face down pillow for after my eye surgery. The pillow arrived the next day after the order, in great condition. The surgery was performed yesterday, and the pillow was a blessing. It was just what I needed for a comfortable sleep in a lying face down position.

Just being 100% honest here.This needs be be sized. This pillow as-is would likely work for someone with a smaller head and smaller torso. I am 5'11", weigh 245lb, and have a pretty big head (I admit it!). The pillow itself is soft and comfy, however the design to "open" the cushion for airflow is actually the flaw. There is inadequate support for your forehead, which should be where the weight is targeted. Instead, the forehead part is too forgiving.That brings in the second issue, too small of an opening. Since the face opening is so small, you can't properly reposition yourself to get the support you need. For me, it pushed the lower cushioning into my throat. In order for me to get comfortable enough to attempt sleep with it, I am cutting off my airway by putting all of the pressure on my neck.No matter the position, I couldn't get any adequate airflow. I'd much rather even sleep in the bench at my chiropractor than try to find any sort of sweet spot on this pillow. I was refunded for this, and will continue for my quest to find a device like this that works for me (and other large-headed Amazon shoppers).

I had bought it for my boyfriend, Woes for his 2 vitrectomy procedures and it works like a charm. Doc’s orders to sleep on stomach while he heals. It’s very cushioned and has support, was able to breathe through easily and he got used to the position. Awesome purchase.

Factory, chemical smell, very poor quality.

After having a vitrectomy and being required to lay in the prone position, face down, this product brought me such a relief. I can’t even express it in words. I am grateful and thankful this company has this product. In total, I need to be in this position for 10 days and I’m currently on my eighth. Although the shipping was delayed once I got this product it truly saved my neck and upper back. Anyone in this type of situation should purchase this product, you will not regret it!
