GoPro HERO13 Black - Waterproof Action Camera with 5.3K60 Video, 27MP Photo + Compatability with HB-Series Lenses

Sometimes I buy cheaper, (like store brand), stuff, but sometimes I only buy brand name. I’m that way with toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tooth paste and yes, GoPro cameras!I’ve been shooting a forthcoming YouTube reality series about farming and I use 6 GoPro cameras on each tractor/loader/dump truck/exacavator, etc..Some are 10 series and some are 13, (so they use different batteries — the 13 batteries are WAAAYYYY better!), but they are all tough as nails!These things have fallen off of tractors pulling discs and plows … go back and find them in the torn up field several days later, (even after a hard rain), and they work just fine! (I’ve gotten some great video of the falls, too!)I had one that fell off in the fenced portion of our yard where our 7 Great Danes spend their days playing. I found it two weeks later with the mount chewed off, tooth marks on the camera and covered with mud. Opened it up, installed a new battery and it turned right on! Connected right to my GoPro Quick App and everything.And, if you get the Prime + GoPro membership, ($99/year), they’ll replace one camera per year with no questions asked! Only issue is, I don’t think I’ll ever break one to need to use that feature.🤦🏼‍♂️They’re not the cheapest action camera on the market, obviously … probably the most expensive. But, there’s a reason that they are the staple of the action world and have been used in so many major motion picture productions over the years! They’re just that good!Video quality is AWESOME and the stability (shake/vibration elimination feature) is amazing! I couldn’t film most of what I do for this series and have anything usable if it didn’t have the stabilization that it has.Waterproof? YES! I’ve had these drop into creeks and ponds and puddles … I’ve retrieved them all with zero issues!The features are endless and in conjunction with their QUICK App, you can do so much, (including editing of complete videos), right there on the go! Plus you can control multiple cameras from the app, so you can preview the aim of the shots and record on individual cameras, instantly hi lighting key moments so they’re easy to find without sifting blindly through endless hours of video.Please, save yourself time, money and stress by getting the real deal if you’re just starting out and looking for an action camera. Get the GoPro and go with the 13 so you get the latest features and extended battery life!In the long run, you’ll thank me!

Amazing action camera to take footage for all your adventures! This takes very high quality pictures in and out of water. It is waterproof till about 30 feet but don’t go diving further without the waterproof housing. If you’re like me and like to go snorkeling or diving often buy it. You won’t regret it because you’ll have the footage to remember the adventures you’ve taken.The lense and focus does take some getting use to and for the most part I have found that objects within about 8 feet and closer are very clear and then further away is a little hazy unless you are very still during your video footage. The camera feature works well but is slow to process. For things happening quickly like spotting animals in nature or wanting to snap a shot of someone doing something crazy I’ve found it best to use only the video feature and then go and edit into a photo later using my computer or phone.The GoPro Quik app also works well to make content edits quickly using its ai features and filters/transitions/music/and more.

Couldn’t wait to upgrade from my go pro 7. I really like this one and it’s easy to set up and use. Bought for underwater scuba diving, but will also use it on an upcoming white water rafting trip.

Takes awesome under water photos simple to use great quality built like a tank. I carry it around my neck on a lanyard. Use the go pro app and your iPhone will pair right to it and download your photos right to your library. Best underwater camera

Bought this for a bucket list trip to the Great Barrier reef and Tahiti for snorkeling only. Tested it before leaving and it worked fine. Worked fine also shooting video at the start of the trip. BUT the first time I went in the water with it (it was never more than 1 meter deep) it stopped working, and when I took it back to the boat to investigate I found that the door to the battery/USB/SD card compartment had leaked sea water. I rinsed with fresh water and tried to dry it out but I now own a brick with a very nice handle and carrying case. And I can't eject the SD card either to try to rescue the video I took before going in the water. I never got to download or watch the video I took, which included something I probably will never see again -- a just-hatched baby sea turtle making its way to the sea.Mind you I was aware of the potential for leaking if the "door" didn't seal so I double checked that it was fully closed and sealed. But it leaked anyhow. The engineering of the seal is very poor. Basically you have to stretch the door in order to get it to pop over a little ridge. There is no secondary latch to make sure that the door is fully sealed.Fortunately I was able to pick up a DJI Osmo Action 4 before we got to Tahiti. That worked flawlessly and I got some great snorkeling videos.

Great camera but the Gopro case that comes with this bundle is a waste, nothing more than a shipping container with cardboard inserts used as packaging for the provided accessories. Otherwise it's just a wide open container.

This is a fantastic camera, I can’t believe how well it stabilizes the footage and gets enough light under water!It’s the perfect camera for me!
