Came quickly, well packaged. I will say I know nothing about Rhodiola but the description was exactly what I’ve needed. I add it to my morning smoothies. No taste.Whether it’s my smoothie in general, or the added extract, I ALWAYS feel better and more energized when I have it.

This is a different brand than I usually buy but was looking for a more budget friendly option and I am pleasantly surprised. The flavor is mild and mixes well with juice or tea. I feel the immediate perk in the morning without the afternoon energy crash. It's hard to tell objectively but I feel it's more effective than my old brand, even without having cycled for the last two months and it's half the price.
