At first I just wanted to buy the same chair as Costco, but the quality far exceeded my expectation. Especially the backrest adjustment function, very considerate. The armrests can be telescopically adjusted. It took me only thirty minutes to complete the installation. A very good shopping experience

Overall the chair is great! My only complaint is at 6’2” when I lean back to rest my head the head rest sits about 1-2” too low and so the base of my head is at the top of the head rest. To lean my head back I have to be looking up which doesn’t allow me to look at my monitor. In all fairness this is a personal problem, but only reason it lost a star.

I bought 2 of these chairs. One for me and one for my wife, as we both needed new office chairs. For reference my wife is 5ft tall, I am 5ft 5in tall.To start off the instructions don’t have you go in the best logical order. The Allen wrench will keep hitting one of the arms in one step if you follow the instructions to the letter. Instead you should work from the bottom up. Assemble the base and put the gas spring column on. Then put the arms on the seat (not the back yet, and make sure the bolts are still a little loose), then put the column receiver on the seat (this is so the handle didn’t get in the way of putting the arms on). Then put the seat on the column, and then screw the arms into the seat back. If you follow that order it should take ~15 to 20 minutes to assemble, with two people.Cons:- My chair’s left arm rest is looser than the right arm rest- The right arm bolt cover/cap pops off randomly on both- The depth of the seat does not go out far enough to support either mine or my wife’s knees.- Headrest adjustment is a bit finickyPros:- Good adjustable lumbar support- Breathes well, we don’t sweat from just sitting in these chairs- arm rests are comfy- Head rest does help promote good back posture- Lightweight

Very nice chair! The lumbar support feels very comfortable. Easy to assemble. I wish the head rest could be more flexible though - but other than that it’s really great. I got it on a sale too so I’m very satisfied.

The cushion just isn't there. I just bought it around 10 days back and the cushion has gone down and sitting on the chair now feels like sitting on a hard surface. I need a replacement will contact customer care and see how it goes.
