Love this game so the expansion pack even brings more joy. I hope they continue to come out with more expansion packs at a little more affordable options. You don’t get many additional cards for the price. But I love the game so I will still buy the extra expansion packs.

Easy addition to base game
A great addition to the base game. It adds a new card type but no new mechanics, so it's easy to integrate without learning new rules. It balances some of the sets for point potential, so the clear runaway strategies from the base game aren't as bad.

A great expansion that really improves the balance of scoring opportunities. A must have if playing Forest Shuffle!

A few cards, but a lot of new options!
Only a few cards, but I really LOVE what this expansion adds to the base game. As a matter of fact, after buying the Woodland Edge expansion to Forest Shuffle, I turned around and bought the Alpine expansion. We play with both expansions now. Great expansion for a great little game!!

Great shorter game
Fun game - quite quick to learn, but with sufficient paths to success to make for high replayability. I also loved the beautiful artwork on the cards. I also ordered one of the additions, and that added even more options...

A Handful of Cards but a Fistful of Fun!
This expansion may only have a handful of cards, 36 to be exact, but they pack a fistful of fun! It was such a blast adding them to the game, and we were genuinely shocked at how much of a difference they made. The gameplay feels fresh and even more exciting now.We’re already itching to grab the Alpine expansion next, and that’s where my only gripe comes in. Some of the cards in this expansion play off the ones in Alpine, so it feels like you kind of need both to get the full experience. I really wish they had been sold as a set rather than separately.That said, this expansion has been an absolute joy to play with, and we can’t wait to see how it all comes together when Alpine is added to the mix. Highly recommended for anyone looking to amp up their game!
