Q: What are the non-active ingredients in this? I have many allergies/sensitivities and need to check.

I have bottle and in the small print, under inactive ingredients it says "lactose, sucrose."

Q: What does C stand for in 30C? I don't quite understand the dosage and its effectiveness.

It's definitely somewhat complicated and counter-intuitive -- the higher the number, the more times it's been diluted, and therefore the more potent it's generally considered to be. Wikipedia's page on Homeopathic Dilutions https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathic_dilutions has a handy chart comparing the "C" and "X" dilution systems, and explains the dilution process/rationale this way: "A 2C dilution requires a substance to be diluted to one part in one hundred, and then some of that diluted solution diluted by a further factor of one hundred. This works out to one part of the original substance in 10,000 parts of the solution.2 A 6C dilution repeats this process six times, ending up with the original material diluted by a factor of 100−6=10−12. Higher dilutions follow the same pattern. In homeopathy, a solution that is more dilute is described as having a higher potency, and more dilute substances are considered by homeopaths to be stronger and deeper-acting."

Q: How do you take these under the tongue, chewable, or swallow like pills?

You just put them in your tongue and they dissolve quickly. It helps you relax.

Q: can you take this for long periods of time?

I would say no, out of my experience I took it when I was emotionality instable and it caused some minor changes to my brain: vertigo, depression. It was recommended by a Chinese medicine practitioner but I personally don't like depending on a drug to help me with my emotions so I got rid of it. I would talk with your doctor for further information however.
