I have yet to see my cholesterol numbers go down after more than of use.

Ldl down 58 points in 6 months
My ldl went down 58 points since taking this for 6 months or so. I also cut out high fat dairy to 0%-2% dairy. I am happy with this product and will continue taking it.

Difference of capsule contents from two different bottles
My third monthly subscription arrived and I noticed a difference in the capsule contents. Is it normal for visible differences from bottle to bottle?

Depends on type of cholesterol
I gave it a 4 star because I don't think it's a bad product, it just didnt work for me. I have low LDL (89) and am a heart patient. When you have heart issues/blockages, cardiologists want your LDL to be 70, which is virtually impossible without medication. I tried to lower it naturally. I took this for a year and had it checked and it's still at 89. Doesn't mean the product doesn't work, but some people have uncontrollable LDL from things like familial cholesterol, autoimmune diseases, etc., where Bergamot just isn't going to do anything. I urge you to figure out the source of your high LDL. One can't keep eating high cholesterol foods and wonder why Bergamot is not working and then give the product 1 star.
