I have no idea whether the product works because I had to stop using it. I couldn’t take the gas. I started taking it about two weeks before a trip to Las Vegas. I kept noticing I was having horrible gas. By the time on my flight from the East Coast to Vegas, I was scared to ever go to sleep on the plane for fear of letting a silent but deadly slip. The smell was so gross. Maybe there is something that would counteract that side effect or maybe everyone won’t experience it. Good luck!

My BF has used these pills for years. He used them after a fatty meal & it helps to break down all those fats. He can’t be without them. I will continue to repurchase them.

It works, but it would also affect the anti-depressant I am on. It would cause more anxiety and also make me very hot.

I lost 7 pounds in a week, drinking water and a good diet and exercise (15 min HIIT EXERCISE a day) you'll be amazed what this product can do in such a short amount of time. Better buy you some. Ok so I took Censor back in 2004-2006, as part of a GNC supplement program that included it in the regimen. I lost 100 lbs over a 2 year period, combining exercise, diet and the supplements, going from 220 lbs to 120 lbs. I also bought the Censor separately after stopping the program and noticed that when I took the Censor, the fat seemed to just continue to melt off my hips and backside, I took 3 in the a.m. and 2 at night, which is still basically the recommended dosage, (2 softgels up to 3 times daily it says on the bottle). Welllll now I am older, have had another child since the original time I took it, and am carrying some extra lbs., so I bought this product to go along with my diet and exercise plan I am on. (No other supplements or programs this time). I measured my hips and waist and bust before taking this, and then took it daily for 5 weeks. I never cheated on my diet and worked out every day. When I measured again after 5 weeks, I had actually gained inches instead of lost them in those areas. I don’t know what else to attribute that fact to but this supplement, because I was doing everything right. If you are looking for a miracle in a bottle, I would encourage you to just work out and eat right, this product did not work for me.
